We work with non-native English speakers to deliver speech that is clear and understandable without focusing on changing one’s accent. We do not explicitly coach English language skills (vocabulary, grammar, syntax).

We strongly believe that accents are core to our identity, which is why we never coach to modify accents. Instead, we coach individuals to embrace their accents and prioritize comprehension through paralinguistic features of language (in particular, prosody).

Executive speaker coaching involves a more rigorous approach than on-demand speaker coaching. Our executive speaker coaches create detailed, longer-term roadmaps for high-stakes speaking engagements that are more relevant to the C-suite and senior leaders. On-demand speaker coaching draws from the same principles and allows for a more accessible, one-off coaching experience for more immediate needs.

Currently, if you’d like to book multiple sessions you’ll need to go through the (very easy and painless) booking process each time. We are working on finding a way to allow multiple-sessions bookings in the near future.

Workshops and Executive Coaching are built into custom packages that have unique pricing per client. Please reach out to us here if you’d like to discuss pricing.

We often work directly with L&D or HR teams at large companies. If your company has an L&D team, we encourage you to reach out to them for support on your coaching needs. We have also contracted directly with L&D teams to provide on-demand 1:1 coaching to ERGs, specific teams or departments, or to generally offer this service across the entire company. Please reach out to us here if you’d like to discuss further.

On-demand coaching sessions may be rescheduled with two business days advance notice. For example, an appointment for Monday must be rescheduled by Wednesday of the previous week.

Sessions that are rescheduled within two business days will be charged an additional fee of $200.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full coaching session fee.

Executive speaker coaching can be virtual or in-person. Workshops are also virtual, in-person, or hybrid. However, all On-Demand 1:1 Coaching is virtual.

We have on-going relationships with companies that require us to have robust, standing NDAs. We’re happy to discuss signing an NDA to have transparent, open discussions about your work during coaching or workshops.

We provide participants with a series of robust handouts that distill the most salient points for you to refer back to.
